Founder Empowerment
Are you starting your entrepreneurial journey and wondering how to embrace your role as a founder? As a leader, you’re the captain of your ship. If you’re struggling to lead your organization, it’s time to focus on what I call your “seamanship” skills to ensure a successful launch—whether it’s a new product, service, or operation. To navigate this journey effectively, it’s essential to have an experienced guide to help you prepare as you take the helm.
I have lived the entrepreneurial life for more than two decades as a founder and co-founder. I’ve also played active roles in both established organizations and startup operations. My diverse experiences have given me a deep understanding of various leadership personalities and styles across industries, which I leverage to guide others. I often observe that experts in their fields tend to lose their “fresh eyes.” This makes it even more important to seek guidance from someone who can offer a new perspective.
In startup environments, I’ve worn many hats: brand strategist, product developer, client relations manager, team builder, crisis manager, and project manager. I often assume a coaching role to help founders, co-founders, and executives grow into their leadership positions, guide their teams, and incorporate wellness practices. My passion for helping entrepreneurs and executives start well-prepared led me to write two books sharing my experiences and lessons learned.
Whether you’re a founder or an executive, strengthening your seamanship is crucial for increasing your chances of success. Let me share my insights and experiences to help you develop the essential leadership skills needed before embarking on your venture. Contact me to learn more about how I can help you! I’m available for one-on-one online and in-person coaching.
