I believe each of us is living our heroine’s journey, but sometimes we need support along the way. I know what it’s like to experience burnout, to struggle to get out of my default mode, and to juggle work-life balance challenges. For 20 years, I juggled three priorities: looking after my beloved parents—ensuring that they received the best healthcare, love, comfort, and security in their later years—managing my rollercoaster entrepreneurial life, and practicing self-care. I recognize how challenging it can be to reset, and I’ve done it more than once.
As a coach with an East-West perspective, I am committed to helping my fellow human beings achieve the bone-deep contentment that comes from being comfortable in your own skin. My role is to act as your guide and advocate on your journey of self-discovery, change making, and transformation. You will acquire the self-healing and self-empowering tools that will turn you into your own best advocate. You’ll move forward centered, focused, and confident in your abilities to resolve your challenges and create the life you want.
